Looking for an Easy Lunch Recipe?

For me lunches are always the hardest meal to make. I am usually in the middle of doing something but have to stop and make something for everyone to eat. I also don't want to take hours in the kitchen and make a giant mess to clean up only to start again in a little while for dinner. Easy meals are my favorite!



But, I don't usually like to serve convenience foods that can just be popped into the microwave - those foods are usually laden with preservatives and chemicals not to mention are usually nutrient deficient.


Don't get me wrong, everyone grabs for that frozen pizza now and then just to get some food on the table. I do too sometimes! But, we need healthy, nutrient dense food to make sure our immune systems are functioning at their best, all the time! Giving our bodies whole, unprocessed foods is the best we can do for our health.


It is easy to make quick meals with just a few ingredients and spices. Herbs and spices are one of the keys to taking meals up a notch!
