Free Recipe! Meatless Meals CAN Be So Good

When many people think of meatless meals, the first thing that comes to mind is usually tofu or something even less appealing! Eating less meat is good for everyone and our environment. The resources it takes to grow and maintain livestock are astronomical. If we can go meatless for a few meals a week, we can make great changes in our health and environment. It isn't necessary to give up meat completely. When shopping for beef or chicken try to find organic, grass fed products or better yet, find a local producer and purchase directly from them!


When we go meatless, we need to make sure the food tastes hearty and flavorful and is also filling and satisfying. Many recipes that forgo the meat include heavy creams and cheeses which are not the best for us either.
