Magnesium is the number one mineral that people are deficient in.  Being deficient in magnesium can cause many health issues.  Did you know that when you are deficient in essential minerals, your body will use toxic substances to replace those lost essential minerals?  Think of it as your body using those toxic minerals as "stand-ins".  Magnesium will be replaced by aluminum which is a very powerful neurotoxin.  Eating healthy and trying to get your essential nutrients and minerals is ESSENTIAL for health!
